Signature is a balanced, full-body class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and refine movement. Seamless transitions and thoughtful sequencing support both challenge and control.
Suitable for all levels, with layered progressions offered throughout.
dynamic
Strength, flow, and intensity.
Dynamic is a more athletic class that builds heat, endurance, and power while maintaining precision and form. Expect continuous movement, increased tempo, and stronger resistance.

REFORMER
We specialise in small group training, with just 4people per class.
We utilise the Reformer apparatus, allowing you to engage in a full body workout that targets every muscle group. We teach the Reformer repertoireto build skill to progress and challenge you. The springs of the Reformer help to support and challenge your body while building strength and flexibility, each movement will look to enhance you balance and alignment so you see and feel the benefit of Pilates. Whether you’re new to Pilates or building your technique, our apparatus classes and bespoke 1:1 Solo sessions are designed to meet your needs, challenge your body intelligently, and support lasting results.
TOWER
Experience Tower Pilates in this dynamic and challenging class. The Tower, often called a "half Cadillac," combines Mat Pilates with spring resistance to elevate your workout. Its larger bed surface and open chain springs offer unique challenge from the angles of resistance, enhancing stability, mobility, and flexibility. As springs attach directly to your body, you'll receive immediate sensory feedback, intensifying the mind-body connection.
MAT
At Forma Pilates we blend the principles of classical pilates with a modern, approach which encourage a fluid connection between strength, stability, and mobility, ensuring that every exercise engages multiple muscle groups for a balanced and dynamic full-body experience.
